EO Ottawa has two paths: Membership for founder-owners at US $1 Million+ annual revenue, and EO Accelerator (EOA) for founders at US $250K+ who are scaling toward US $1M+.
EO Membership Qualifications
- Be the founder, co-founder, owner, or controlling shareholder of a company.
- Hold one of the above titles for a company that grosses more than US $1 Million annually.
- For venture-backed companies to qualify for membership, they must have privately raised funds of US $2M or publicly raised funds of US $5M, and 10 full-time employees.
- Venture-backed companies have three years before they must meet the standard qualification of US $1M in gross annual revenue.

EO Accelerator (EOA) Qualifications
EO Accelerator is a peer-driven program for early-stage entrepreneurs scaling toward full EO membership. EOA requirements:
- Founders or majority owners of their business
- Generating US $250K+ in annual revenue
- Committed to scaling toward US $1M+ in annual revenue
- Open to learning and contributing within a peer-driven environment
Apply to EO Accelerator
Accelerator has its own application path. Complete the live EO Network form, then the chapter follows up. This is not the Membership board process.

APPLICATION PROCESS
EO Membership
- Prospective EO Members must first complete the EO Interest Form above (select the Membership track).
- A member of our membership team will contact all prospects to discuss joining EO Ottawa.
- Qualifying prospects will then be invited to an EO event. These events are held 3-4× per year.
- Prospects complete the online application via EO Global and the revenue verification form (provided by the membership team). Details are in the application information PDF.
- Membership Team will present prospects to the board.
- Membership Team will follow up regarding offers.
- Upon acceptance, applications will be processed and credit cards charged.
- Prospects will then be contacted by our team to begin onboarding!
EO Accelerator (EOA)
- Complete the EO Accelerator application form on the EO Network site.
- Optionally submit the interest form above (select Accelerator) if you would like the chapter to reach you first.
- The chapter follows up — typically an introductory conversation with the Accelerator Chair.
- Review and acceptance into the program, then enrollment and onboarding.
- Accelerator is not the Membership board path. You do not need to complete a Global membership application to apply to EOA.
